I absolutely love their Iced Mochas! The coffee is delicious and I enjoy mostly everything they have to offer. I feel that Gloria Jean's could be more successful if they were not located inside Stratford Mall. The mall itself is falling apart and Gloria Jean's does not have the potential to thrive in the location they're at currently. I would love to see their paninis come back but given the location I understand that there is not much of a market for food at Gloria Jean's. The staff is very friendly !

Everytime I go. I'm greeted with a warm and genuine smile ❤ I have a favorite coffee maker and Everytime they work i have to get my usual. Tasty Everytime.
